1000 Generations: Fascinated

Episode sixteen - podcasting from an abandoned warehouse in the middle of nowhere (we were really in downtown Nashville, TN) Casey and Anabeth sit down with the band 1000 Generations to talk about their families, their musical history as a band, their upcoming Varietal Records project (Turn Off The Lesser Lights), and this episode's featured song "Fascinated". 1000 Generations is from Indianapolis, IN. The lead singers and songwriters of the band are Steven and Amanda Potaczek. Steven is the worship pastor at the Vineyard Community Church in Indianapolis. Casey Corum sits down with Jeremy Riddle to discuss his upcoming Vineyard Music/Varietal Records album "The Now and Not Yet" and some of the themes from the project as well as talk about one of the tracks "Christ Is Risen" (this episode's featured song). Jeremy is the author of the song "Sweetly Broken" and released an album in March 2007 entitled "Full Attention".

Estes Park Worship Leaders Retreat

Casey and Anabeth attended the National Worship Leaders Retreat in Estes Park and now are giving an inside look into what goes on up there. You will hear testimonials from various worship leaders about the retreat, and worship veteran Andy Park (author of "In The Secret") discusses his own worship journey and challenges. To end this episode, we have a glimpse of one of the worship sets led by Nigel Briggs and Andy Park.

Mike is the senior pastor of the North Brooklyn Vineyard, and Kenny is the worship pastor. They discuss the logistics of the church as well as share stories of how this church within a bar has impacted lives in so many ways.
