Items damaged in shipping or defective items will be replaced with the same product. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for any other reason. This helps us continue to provide our customers with the lowest prices possible.
Include your order number, name and email address used in the order as well as the product number. Finally, include a description of the problem. Returns requests will only be accepted if they are initiated by the purchaser within 30 days of receiving the product. Return requests made after 30 days will not be accepted.
